Marbling & Stenciling on Wool

Details: Description Students will play with various marbling techniques as they adorn wool
squares with rich swirls of color to create mini art prices. They will also dye
embellishments to match. Some of the pieces can be used as backgrounds for
stenciling. Their unique creations will be ready to jazz up their next project or art
journal, cell phone case, brag book, etc.

Kit fee: $25.00
Supply List:
• Fat quarter of inexpensive muslin
• Barbasol “original” shaving cream
• Squeegee or old credit card
• Small inexpensive paint brush
• Shish kabob stick
• Aluminum or plastic tray 8” x 12” x 2” deep
• Newspaper
• A few paper towels
• Small plastic cup
• Apron or old shirt (optional)
• Disposable rubber gloves
• Students may bring pencils and additional tsukino
inks if desired. Teacher will have basic colors.
