| Details: | Wet-felt a gorgeous hat of merino wool fibers along with novelty fibers such as bamboo, silk, and sparkly Angelina. Hat can be made with or without the artsy pleats, and will be felted to fit the individual student's size. Students will learn lots of techniques including how to felt with a resist, how to make a seamless felted project, how various fibers interact and shrink (or don't) when wet-felted, and lots more! Kit required; I have lots of colors! As with many wet-felting classes, some physical exertion is used. Students may bring a head form for the hat to dry on, but it's not required |
