Downstairs Fascinator

This cute 6" fascinator hat comes in 3 styles: a spiral fabric rose, a "tea set" with doily, and a pincushion which can also be made separately and realy used! The hat can be made in a variety of fabrics, such as cottons, linen, and home dec textiles. We used Soft and Stable to add a nice durable body. Instructions are included for the decorative pins, which are made using long needles embellished with mini-spools, buttons or beads. One size fits all.
