Fascinator Fun!
This fun fascinator pattern includes 2 basic style hats: the 5" black top hat, which can be made in Woolfelt, felted wool, or cotton, and the shaped circle hat. The basic circle hat can also be made out of various fabrics and embellished so many different ways! The swirling flower embellishment is made of Woolfelt or felted wool; easy dyeing instructions for this fun flower are included in the pattern.
