Little Annie's Alpaca Quilt
This cuddly 45" x 56" alpaca quilt is perfect as a children's quilt, lap quilt, or large wall hanging. It features very simple piecing with 9-patch blocks and easy applique, which can be done in either cotton, Woolfelt or even fleece. Ours is shown in soft teals and white with natural shades of tan and white for the animal appliques, and is great for both boys and girls! The appliques can be sewn by machine or by hand with a basic blanket-stitch. We've added lots of textural interest with a variety of fabrics such as flannel, minkee, and Woolfelt, as well as some coordinating cotton prints. Fat-quarter friendly, the quilt is easy to sew and is sure to be a hit with any child or animal lover!
