These 14" x 18" placemats are easy to stitch up in a medley of coordinating cotton fabrics in autumn hues. We used the "stitch & flip" method of piecing, and the seams can also be topstitched with a decorative stitch at the end to quilt the layers together. A decorative trim "vine" is topstitched along the front with a simple leaf appliqued at the end. Self-fabric loops hold the purchased pleated napkin. A fun and easy project to spice up your fall decor!
